穩槐居廬 Wenhuai Residence
房主謝穩彥、謝穩槐兄弟早年前往加拿大謀生，他們勤儉節約，在20世紀30年代初回國建造了“穩槐居廬”，而後又前往加拿大謀生，可惜運氣不佳，再也沒能回國，最終客死他鄉。 「穩槐居廬」樓高三層，三樓兩側設有平台，整棟建築遵循三間兩廊的平面佈局，採用鋼筋混凝土結構，建築三樓後側設有兩座別緻的防禦角堡，當地俗稱「燕子窩」。

Built in the early 1930s by Xie Wenyuan and Xie Wenhuai, who went to Canada to seek their fortune, the Wenhuai Residence has three stories. The brothers returned to China to construct this residence. They went back to Canada after the completion of their residence, yet unfortunately were unable to return to China again, passing away abroad. The residence follows the traditional 3-bay, 2-corridor layout, with a reinforced concrete structure. The 3rd floor features 2 distinctive defensive turrets, locally known as “swallow nests,” and includes platforms on both sides.
